Products made by trainees include garden sheds, rocking horses, benches, bird tables and pergolas. Items are also made to order for local businesses and individuals.
Woodchips concentrates on developing work skills to help trainees enter the job market, with or without continued support.
Who is it for?
Woodchips will appeal to people aged between 18 and 65 who have learning or physical disabilities or have mental health needs. Trainees may attend for up to five days a week depending on their assessed needs.
