Canalside offers a new combined service and it will be flexible in what it can offer to reflect people’s needs; the aim is that they receive a fast and efficient service.
Who is it for?
Canalside caters for the health and social care needs of all adults in Torfaen. This includes people with learning and physical disabilities, mental health needs and older people. It will also offer support and services to carers.
People will attend on a sessional basis according to their needs.
For more information
Most people will be referred to sessions and services at Canalside via their social worker, GP or other health professional. Some groups will be available to everyone and people may make a self-referral.
