Health, Social Care & Well-being Strategy|

This Strategy describes the actions that will be taken to improve health and well-being for the people of Torfaen.

The second strategy (2008 - 2011) is due for publication in April 2008.

Young People SPK Out|

Young people across Torfaen aged between 11 and 25 years old have been consulted regarding the issues that affect their health, social care & well-being. The issues were used to create a glossy magazine called “SPK OUT”
