Getting the services you want
Torfaen encourages fair and equal access to social services for those who really need them.
Community care services are available to people over 18 with a wide range of needs, however, you will need to be assessed to see if you are eligible for specific services. We call this an assessment of your needs|.
We use specific criteria to establish whether people are eligible to be considered for services and to ensure that those with the greatest needs are given the highest priority.
