Bin Collection Days
We will collect the green wheelie bin one week followed by the black wheelie bin the next. The black box for recycling will be collected every week.

Please ensure that your refuse is placed at the collection point by 7:30am on your day of collection unless exceptional arrangements are made.

Reporting missed collections
If your bin or black box was at the collection point by 7.30am on the day of collection however has not been emptied, please let us know immediately by completing the report a Missed Bin /Box Collection online|form and we will make arrangements to collect it as soon as possible.
Bank holiday arrangements
During holidays, changes to the scheduled refuse collection will be notified through this website and by notices in the local press.
Adverse weather
During times of adverse weather there may be some disruption to service due to access problems for our vehicles. If the service is disrupted, please be patient as we will normally catch up by the end of the week. Where adverse weather conditions persist for more than a week, and/or we are unable to collect that week, we will advise residents of alternative arrangements via this website.
