The Animal and Pest Control Team
Our Animal and Pest Control Team consists of 3 highly trained and experienced officers. They all have the necessary qualifications and equipment to carry out the services that we offer, and who know the Torfaen area very well and understand the problems that may affect local residents.

The Sewer Baiting Programme
We carry out a sewer baiting programme, to help control the general population of rats in the Torfaen area. If you are concerned about the number of rats you see in your area, call us on 01633 647621 / 647622, and we will look at whether sewer baiting will help to solve the problem.
Overgrown Gardens and Land
Sometimes, a pest problem affecting your property is from an adjacent property or land. We can not treat these problems without the permission of the land owner, so we would recommend that you speak to them and ask them to arrange sort out any problems.
If you don’t know who owns the land, or they refuse to take action to sort out the problems, there may be further action that we can take. This could include visiting your neighbour and giving advice, and we can sometimes take formal action to
