Work Based Learning (WBL) is flexible. Our Training Officers work around your working environment and all qualifications are delivered at your work place.
The qualifications that are attained are nationally recognised all over the Country and are accepted by employers as evidence of your ability to do a particular job.
WBL allows you to update existing skills and also allows you to attain new ones. This in turn increases your value to employers and can also act as a stepping stone to new and better career paths.
All our WBL courses are supported by our highly skilled and occupationally competent Training Officers. You will have a dedicated Training Officer working with you and their main objective is to follow your progress, support and encourage you towards your final goal.
