Summary:
Health and Social Care qualifications can be completed in an environment where direct care is administered. The tasks that are undertaken and assessed are dependant on the NVQ level being completed. To complete NVQ Level 2, the nature of tasks undertaken should be, for example, looking after Equal Opportunities, manual handling and working in a team environment. NVQ Level 3 can only be achieved when at a supervisory level within the job role.
