National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (NCPLH)
Under the Licensing Act 2003, anyone authorising the retail sale of alcohol will have to hold a personal license. In order to qualify for a personal license, an applicant must hold a licensing qualification which is:

EDI's qualification, the EDI Level 2 National Certificate for Personal License Holders, is both QCA accredited and Government approved, and has been specifically designed to meet the statutory requirements of the Licensing Act 2003.
