The key functions of the Forward Planning team are:
To manage the supply of school places within all schools in Torfaen, and to support any school reorganisation proposals arising from strategies identified in the Single Education Plan
To co-ordinate the collection and production of statutory key performance indicators and statistical returns
To develop and update a Service Asset Management Plan
Capital Building Projects
Repairs to School Premises
To ensure all educational establishments fulfil these duties with regards to Statutory Testing and Inspections
