The key functions of the Forward Planning team are:
To manage the supply of school places within all schools in Torfaen, and to support any school reorganisation proposals arising from strategies identified in the Children and Young People's Plan
To co-ordinate the collection and production of statutory key performance indicators and statistical returns
To develop and update a Service Asset Management Plan
Capital Building Projects
Repairs to School Premises
To ensure all educational establishments fulfil these duties with regards to Statutory Testing and Inspections
