Children and young people can work on a part time basis, however there are restrictions depending on their age, on the number of hours they can work and the type of employment.

School Holiday Schemes

There are various activities and events available for children during the school holidays. School Holiday Play Schemes provide a range of play and sporting activities and are located in schools and leisure centres throughout Torfaen.
