Operational Services is led by Ian Colbourne.

 

The Executive Member for Operational Services and Performance is Councillor B John Cunningham MBE KSG.

This service area key objectives are to:

• Provide exceptional levels of service delivery which exceed customers’ expectations.
• Be customer lead and focused in delivering services efficiently and effectively.

• Ensure democratic accountability in all the public services provided by the department.
