Waste Disposal Arrangements
Civic Amenity Bays at the Solid Waste Transfer Station, New Inn will be open throughout the holiday period for the disposal of household waste. Transfer Station 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (Mon - Sat) 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Sunday).

Please use the recycling facilities available throughout the County Borough of Torfaen.
Leisure Facilities
Cwmbran Stadium and Pontypool Active Living Centre will be open between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Monday 25 August 2008. The swimming pool will be open between 11.00am and 3.00pm. No classes will be held.
Fairwater Leisure Centre is closed on Bank Holiday Monday.
Libraries
