Corporate Plan

The Corporate Plan consists of a set of key priorities that the Council intends to pursue over the next five years to improve the quality of life in Torfaen. Further information and a copy of the plan are available here.

Customer Care Centres|

There are four Customer Care Centres in Torfaen located in Cwmbran, Pontypool, Trevethin and Blaenavon. The Customer Care Centres are here to assist you if you have enquires about any of the Council’s services.

Freedom of Information|

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 was passed by Government to encourage free and open access to information held by Public Authorities across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
