St. Anne’s Hospice
St.Anne's hospital opened in September 1994 in answer to a perceived need in the area – the provision of a dedicated in-patient facility for patients who required hospice care. It is owned and managed by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Annecy and is situated in the grounds of St. Josephs private hospital, Newport.
The current provision is for 8 specialist palliative care beds, where patients can expect a high standard of care delivered by a multi-disciplinary team.
Everyone is welcome at St. Anne's Hospice and everyone is valued - patients, their family and friends.

St David’s Foundation
Imagine being diagnosed with a life-threatening illness...where would you turn?
Every year, St. David's Foundation provides hospice care to over 2000 people with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
Most people feel most comfortable in their own homes, surrounded by things they know and people they love, so that's where St David’s provide most of their care - in the home!
Over the years St David’s have cared for tens of thousands of families across Gwent. However, they could never have reached this fantastic milestone without the help of local people who have supported them over the years.
Each year it costs £3.42 million to provide their services. This year is the 25th Anniversary and the current Special Appeal is to raise £25,000 towards the services they provide: enough to provide a whole month of nursing care!

Ty Hafan Childrens Hospice in Wales
Ty Hafan, the Children's Hospice in Wales, is a very special place.
It is located in its own grounds on the banks of the Channel at Sully, close to Barry to the west of Cardiff.
It was purpose built and opened in January 1999 to provide help and support for the 300+ families, living within Wales, where one or more of the children suffer from a life-limiting illness.
As this service is completely free to all the families that use Ty Hafan, it now costs over £2 million every year to operate and your help is needed.
