How do I Apply to Vote by Proxy?

You need to get the right application form in order to vote by proxy. Look at the list of application forms below and download the one that applies to you:

• Application to vote by proxy for a particular election
• Application to vote by proxy due to a disability
• Application to vote by proxy due to employment
• Application to vote by proxy due to attendance on an educational course
• Application to vote by proxy for British citizen living overseas
• Application to vote by proxy for Crown Servants and British Council employees 
• Application to vote by proxy for members of Her Majesty's Armed Forces
• Application to vote by emergency proxy

Fill in the form and make sure you sign it. Your proxy can also sign the form, but they do not have to.

 

Return your completed form to the Electoral Registration Office, Torfaen County Borough Council, Civic Centre, Pontypool, NP4 6YB so it arrives at least six working days before the election.
