Eligibility
To be included on the Register you must be:
A British Citizen, Commonwealth Citizen, Irish Citizen or a citizen of one of the Member States of the European Union
Living at an address in the Torfaen County Borough Council area
Aged 18 or over, or 16/17 but reaching 18 during the time the Register is in force.
