Living Landscape Lectures - Volunteer Rangers in the Blaenavon World Heritage Site

For the month of February the Living Landscape series of lectures brings you a talk on 'Volunteer Rangers in the Blaenavon World Heritage Site'.

Taking place on Tuesday 7 February at the Blaenavon World Heritage Centre at 7pm, this month’s lecture is hosted by the Forgotten Landscapes Partnership. Come along and hear from the volunteers first hand about their experiences of looking after the World Heritage Site and Forgotten Landscapes Partnership Area. Entry is free and no booking is required.

The event forms part of a series of lectures and activities complementing the Valleys Heart and Soul Campaign and is supported by the Valleys Regional Park Programme with aid from the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government.

Following on from this lecture, see if volunteering is for you and participate in a landscape conservation activity on Saturday 18 February (time to be confirmed at the lecture). Places limited, booking essential.

The Living Landscape Lectures will take place on the first Tuesday of each month, followed by an associated activity at a later date.
