February 2008
The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales has investigated a complaint alleging maladministration by Torfaen County Borough Council and has sent a report on the results of his investigation to the Council. The complaint related to ineffective transition planning for a child with learning difficulties and extreme challenging behaviour.
