Anti Social Behaviour

The Prevention and Intervention Project (PIP) is attached to the Yot and funded by the local Community Safety Partnerships of Monmouthshire and Torfaen. The project provides assessments and interventions to reduce anti-social behaviour.

The project employs an Operational Manager, Social Worker, Parenting Support workers, Alcohol Support workers, admin support and incorporates the Communities Against Drugs project.

The project works with families at the direction of the Partnership to support those subject to ‘acceptable behaviour contracts’ or ‘anti-social behaviour orders’.

Anyone wishing to report anti-social behaviour should contact either:

  • Crime and Disorder Reduction Officer (CADRO) at local Police station or
  • Community Safety team at Torfaen CBC
