Do you ever need to contact the Council for help or advice about your Council services? Our Customer Care Centres can give you all the support you need under one roof. Whether it’s a query with your council tax bill, assistance in claiming housing benefits, a problem with your refuse collection, a disabled car badge application or simply to pay a council bill, they can help.

The four centres also hold regular surgeries where you can get advice from organisations including the inland Revenue, Pensions service, Citizens Advice, shelter, and MIND.

Torfaen Register office is on Hanbury Road in Pontypool and offers a wide variety of services including:
