The Single Children and Young People's Plan
What is the Children & Young People's Single Plan?
The Torfaen Children and Young People's Single Plan will set out a three year vision for all children and young people in Torfaen. It will take into account every aspect of their lives from pre-natal to 25 years. This plan will be the key strategic statement of how the well-being of children will be improved between 2008 and 2011 and will replace the need for lots of other plans that have been produced in previous years.
