In order for Torfaen County Borough Council to update its records to avoid causing undue distress to family members through the issuing of unnecessary correspondence a notice of bereavement form has been developed.
The notice of bereavement form allows TCBC to collect and hold information regarding a bereavement and also to share the information with staff in other Council departments for the purpose described above.
